 You will enjoy Old World charm with wood ceilings, Mexican tile and brick floors, a blend of contemporary southwest and antique furnishings. Each bedroom has a queen-size bed and private bath with Talavera tile with a separate entry around a central courtyard. Casa Arreboles is decorated with Mexican and southwestern art and crafts. Amenities include Jacuzzi, fireplace, satellite TV, telephone, central heating and air conditioning, BBQ, garage, and a covered patio. The fully equipped kitchen features a Jenn-Air stove, dishwasher, food processor and blender, dishes and tableware for 8. Guest Comments and ReviewsWe arrived in the dark and when we saw the surrounding landscape in daylight, it was so fabulous - just like being in a cowboy movie. I had seen pictures on the internet but the real thing was so much better. We had the most wonderful relaxing week here at Casa Arreboles- what a treat to wake up, go outside and see families of quail, wrens, hawks, doves, even lizards and bunnies! And the lightening show was beyond description. Our last night here we sat in the dark with all the blinds open just watching the lightening. This is truly a very special place. We were looking forward to star-gazing in a dark, desert sky. But we never imagined such a luxury as sitting in a hot tub, looking up at Orion, guessing which was Saturn, which was Venus. We're spoiled for life! And then the saguaros silhouetted in the moonlight, what wonderful evenings! We had an enchanting few days here. What a wonderful base from which to explore hiking & sights in this area. This was an uplifting place to wake up in each morning. The sun and birds and views out every direction are outstanding. Thank you for a most enjoyable time in the desert. As the days passed we learned to appreciate the functional beauty of the floor plan and careful thought given to many details. We were divided between our desire to explore the surrounding territory from Mt. Lemmon to Bisbee and our desire to remain at Casa Arreboles and enjoy the desert in our own backyard. A wonderful restful soulful environment surrounding a relaxing, well-equipped home. Our days were filled with great hikes followed by hot tub, good food and quiet nights. This is a jewel in the desert. I'm glad that my sister found you on the net and we look forward to discovering it again. We had a wonderful time in your beautiful adobe home - watching sunrise and sunsets, birds, quail, rabbits, coyotes and enjoying the many amenities of the house. It has been a perfect place for our week of excursions in and around Tucson! |
